“I Am She”

In 2020, Chiara Lucchetta was commissioned by The Garage, an artist-led community based initiative in Toronto, to choreograph a piece for their winter showcase. Set on 4 women, “I Am She” explored the intricacies of the dancers’ female identities. A week before the showcase, sudden Covid-19 restrictions caused the team to quickly readapt the piece for film.
